GL Account Maintenance

Overview

The GL Account Maintenance feature allows access to add, edit, copy and delete GL accounts .

Th is screen can be accessed from the Menu bar by navigating to Administration - GL Account Maintenance .

Workflow

To add a New GL Account:

  1. Navigate to Administration – GL Account Maintenance screen
  2. Click New
  3. Fill in the Required fields in the GL Account Detail screen
  4. Click Save and Close

To copy GL Account to a different sub-acct:

1. Select GL Account

2. Click Edit

3. In GL Account Detail, Click Copy

4. GL Account Copy screen will load

5. Transfer the Sub-Acct to the ‘Selected Sub-Acct’ box

6. Click Save & Close
